Over the years as a band director, I learned to work smarter, not just harder! With a stellar UIL record, I know what judges are looking for and can clinic your group for contest preparation. However, while clinicians in the Spring are beneficial, I find the best help is in early fall as students begin developing those habits that will make, or break them for years to come!
